The Chef Series: September 2018

The first installment of our new fine dining event, The Chef Series is Taking place on Friday 7th September and what better way to celebrate our French chef with a French menu! This first dinner, 'A Taste of France', will feature a 5-course Fall Harvest with French flavors close to Chef Patrick's heart, paired with wines from the corresponding regions of France.

Chef Patrick's culinary life began in France at the L'Ecole Hotelier de Nice in France before he embarked on a career cooking in some of the finest restaurants on the French Riviera. It was during this period in his life that he helped Le Chateau de La Chevre d’Or secure their 1st and 2nd prestigious Michelin Stars. With all this experience, along with his own personal roots, it's perhaps no surprise that our first Chef Series event is focused around an entirely French menu. Chef Patrick has been busy creating a wonderfully balanced and traditional menu to tempt the taste buds. Here we reveal what you can expect from our first event and tickets are on sale now!  *Please note that due to the style of these events we are unable to accommodate dietary requirements unless we have advance notice. Therefore we do ask that if you do have any specific requirements that you let us know upon booking so we can do everything we can to try and accommodate you. We require pre-payment for the tickets and should you need to cancel we require a minimum of 48 hours notice, unless we have a waiting list and can transfer the tickets to another guest. Finally, due to the exclusivity of these events we require a minimum of 10 people to run the dining event, therefore, though it's unlikely, there may be last minute changes. We will always do our best to avoid this. Last, but not least, this is an adults-only dining event!
