The first installment of our new fine dining event, The Chef Series is Taking place on Friday 7th September and what better way to celebrate our French chef with a French menu! This first dinner, 'A Taste of France', will feature a 5-course Fall Harvest with French flavors close to Chef Patrick's heart, paired with wines from the corresponding regions of France.
Chef Patrick's culinary life began in France at the L'Ecole Hotelier de Nice in France before he embarked on a career cooking in some of the finest restaurants on the French Riviera. It was during this period in his life that he helped Le Chateau de La Chevre d’Or secure their 1st and 2nd prestigious Michelin Stars. With all this experience, along with his own personal roots, it's perhaps no surprise that our first Chef Series event is focused around an entirely French menu. Chef Patrick has been busy creating a wonderfully balanced and traditional menu to tempt the taste buds. Here we reveal what you can expect from our first event and tickets are on sale now!
